Design

Can I create my own design?

Yes, you can use our user friendly Design App by logging in to our site and clicking on 'Design your own' on the top navigation bar.

How can I upload my own design?

Click on 'Design your own' and you will be directed to our cool Design App. Click on Image and then click on Upload Image. It’s that simple.

Are there any size guidelines for images that I want to upload?

Your design can be printed (approximately) upto international A3 size depending on the size of your tshirt. When uploading an image, the best size for a full tee image is 900 x 1273 pixels.

Is there a minimum quantity for me to print my own designs?

Yes, the minimum quantity is 1 tshirt. We can’t deliver half a tshirt unfortunately.

Can other people print my designs?

You decide :) We only publish tees that you choose to share and pay you rewards for every tshirt sold.

Can I save my design?

Yes, you can. Once finalized, you can view your designs under My Account and edit the details of your tshirt. You can publish or mark a tshirt as private too. What you can’t do is edit the design itself once the tshirt is finalized.

Product Related

Are the colors of the web images accurate?

We do the best we can to provide product images with colors and shades as close as possible to the actual garments to ensure your satisfaction upon receiving your tshirts. Please note that due to image resolution differences, monitor settings, etc. some colors prints may vary from those displayed by your monitor.

How do I know what size tee I am?

Please refer to the 'Size Charts' and 'Tshirt Quality' pages that has the measurements of all our tees.

How do I care for my tee?

Hand wash your tee in a cool wash and hang it up to dry. You may also put it in the dryer, but do avoid machine wash. Do not iron on print. That would work best.

How is the quality of the tshirt fabric?

We have actually put a great deal of effort to produce 100% cotton that has been treated to minimize shrinkage and maximize softness. It is very cool and comfortable to wear. Tshirts of the same quality average US$30 per piece in popular branded stores.

How do I place an order?

Firstly you must choose a design to print, either your own design (Complete instructions on designing your own tshirt can be found in 'How to design tshirts' page) or one from our gallery (you can choose from variety of categories at the top toolbar). Next you can select a tshirt fit, color, and size as well as the quantity of tshirts you want. Simply click add to cart and proceed to your Shopping Cart on the top right of the screen to complete the transaction.

How secure is this store?

Very secure. We work with the best payment gateway partners and Fraud Detection Services and ensure that they encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

How safe is my personal information?

Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the check out process. For more information on how we secure and use your information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

Can I check my order status?

When you make a purchase on UTees.me, you'll receive two confirmation emails:

1. A confirmation of order email stating what has been paid for and that it's currently being processed - please note this can take up to five minutes.
2. A status update email to confirm that your order has been sent.

You can check the status of your order at anytime by logging in and clicking on My Purchase History.

How do I change my order after it has been placed?

After you have clicked "Confirm Order", you cannot make any online changes to your order. Since everyone wants to receive tshirts at the soonest, we immediately forward your order to our team for printing. Our tshirts are highly personalized too so we cannot accept exchanges.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, we do not accept exchanges as the tshirts are highly personalized for everyone. However if there are any damages or defects, please do fill out our claims form and if possible, attach a picture of the issue. We will immediately mail you a new tshirt along with a return envelope for you to return the damaged tshirt.

Shipping

How long does it take for me to get my t-shirt?

Standard shipping for orders for Indonesia take 5 to 10 business days (this includes approximate of 1-2 days of processing time). International orders usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

Can I send my order as a gift?

You can! At checkout, you can fill in the recipients address details and a special message (upto 500 characters) that we will print on a nice little card for you. See picture for example.

Do you ship internationally and how much does shipping cost?

Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world. Shipping is free to any Indonesian address, and for now, shipping costs to all international destinations can be seen via our Shipping Calculator. Eventually, we hope to ship worldwide for free :)

Please note: Our shipping fee excludes any additional customs duties, fees, levies, etc. that may be payable in countries outside of Indonesia.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders within Indonesia are shipped via local express couriers with tracking services. International orders are shipped via International Mail Services. We will also provide international express shipping options soon.

Rewards

What do I get if I share my designs online?

Sharing gets your rewards! For every tshirt design of yours sold, a reward of $1.11 will be credited to your account. Log in and redeem that money anytime you want (A minimum redemption of $50 applies). More information available on the 'Selling designs on Utees.me' page.

How can I check how well my tshirts are selling?

Login to your account and you will be able to view and edit all your tshirts as well as check how much reward you’ve earned.

General Settings

Which browser should I use to view your site?

We highly recommend that you browse with the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari.

Do I need to install special software to shop online?

Not at all :) Just need to enable Javascript which is the default of all regular browser nowadays.

Will you notify me when you release new designs?

Of course! Subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the page and follow us on Twitter or Facebook. We post updates about our products as well as occasional promo and specials.
Alternatively, you can follow your favorite designers at uTees.me and get updated everytime they post a new design.

What currencies are available on the website?

Our default currency during our soft launching (beta version) is IDR Rupiah. You can change it to US Dollars by clicking on the Settings button on the top right of the page. Conversion rates may vary slightly depending on your credit card issuer.
